According to DMX’s manager, Steve Rifkind, today will be a big day for the rapper as he is set to undergo tests to determine his brain function, following those tests his family will decide what is their next course of action. Here is part of the statement he released, “DMX is currently on life support and in a coma,” Rifkind said. “There are multiple people with inaccurate information about his well-being and it is not helpful and productive. Tomorrow he will undergo further tests on his brain function and his family will determine what’s best from there. We appreciate your prayers and support.”

Rapper DMX is currently hospitalized and said to be in “grave condition” following a drug overdose Friday night. DMX who has had a long history with addiction, and this latest overdose happened at his home at around 11 p.m. before he was rushed to the hospital in White Plains, NY. According to TMZ he is said to be in a vegetative state, with little brain activity and doctors saying that he may not make it. Prayers sent DMX’s way, we’ll keep you updated on his status.
