Megan Thee Stallion has a collaboration with Nike for workout gear which was released on February 19, but this Nashville guy tried to cash in on it before its actual release.
Nike had reported stolen packages containing onesies from their collaboration with the rapper. 10 boxes of the stolen items were delivered to the home of Joseph Harris in Nashville. According to the police report, Harris was in possession of $45,000 worth of workout gear.
Two days after Nike reported the theft, the items popped up on Facebook Marketplace with Harris trying to sell the merchandise. Cops messaged him about purchasing the onesies and made a plan to meet. An undercover cop met with Harris at a grocery store parking lot on March 6th and paid him $625. After having the evidence needed, Harris was arrested on March 8th for theft of property.
