If you’re like me, you’ve been putting your own spin on Ramen Noodles for a long, long time well now you can get paid for it! Top Ramen had teamed up with Top Chef All Star winner, Melissa King to look for a Chief Noodle Office for the company. To enter, you have to share your favorite Ramen Recipe (with photo) using the hashtag #HowDoYouTopRamen and also send a three to five sentence cover letter to: TopRamenCNO@citizenrelations.com by October 30th. The winner will win $10,000, a 50 year supply of Top Ramen and one-on-one mentorship from Nissin Foods CEO, Mike Price.
The only qualifications are to be 18 years old and be willing to use your recipe for recipe development and product feedback, have a passion for oodles of noodles and interest in food innovation industry. Here is what King says she’ll be looking for; “what I’m looking for in this is creativity and innovation, I want to see how people bring their ramen to the next level.”
