Swae Lee, of Rae Sremmurd, is stepping into the design world and teaming up with Giuseppe to design heels for men. While he was in Miami, Super Bowl weekend, he made an appearance and talked about not being afraid to express his style;
A lot of [rappers] are f**king scared to wear s**t. They want to think the old ways and put a limit on that s**t,” he said matter-of-factly. “I’m not scared to be different.
He also gets more into how his wardrobe is already pretty unisex, so heels isn’t that much of a strech;
If you look good, or just feel like you look good in something, you should wear it. My style is like — I’m wearing basically blouses. I ain’t gonna lie, but they look unisex to me. If I can pull it off and make it like you can’t tell what sex it is for then [I’m going] to put it on.
