If you like to buy your alcohol from Costco, you could be owed some money.
The retail giant is issuing refunds for their Kirkland Signature American Vodka after several people reported it has a bad taste. Some people on social media stated it had a “chemical” taste while others said “vitamins” or “bathroom urinal.”
Costco sent an email to their members, which was shared to Reddit, addressing the matter and said that while the vodka is safe to drink, it “does not meet quality expectations.” The foul-tasting
vodka was sold between June 12 to August 10 so if you’ve got some in your liquor cabinet, it may be worth checking. The company did not comment on why the vodka was different from its normal batch.
The funny thing is the majority of us have consumed foul-tasting liquor in the name of partying, so after a few shots how much does it actually matter? 🤣
