A teacher in Ohio is facing termination after she fake called in sick for two days, but instead traveled to Nashville to attend a concert.

The English teacher is also on the board of education at a neighboring school district, just outside of Cincinnati. According to WXIX, the woman is currently on unpaid leave while the district decides whether to let her go or not. The decision will be made at their next board meeting later this month.

The proposed legislation says Washburn “falsified sick leave” on Feb. 8 and 9.

“She informed several colleagues that she was attending a concert in Nashville, while taking sick leave from the District,” the resolution states.

When questioned about her whereabouts or the need for sick leave, she refused to answer.

It wasn’t disclosed what concert the teacher attended, but looking back to those dates, Drake & J. Cole were performing at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville on February 8th for the “It’s All a Blur Tour.” The rock band, Pantera, performed the following night.
