Last month, Applebee’s ran a promotion where they were selling Date Night passes for just $200. The pass gave customers $30 in free food once a week for a year, or 52 times. People flocked at this opportunity that when the sale went live, it crashed the restaurant’s website and the passes sold out in less than one minute!
Due to its success, Applebee’s is going to sell an additional 1,000 passes but this time through a random drawing. People have until Friday, February 9th to register and winners will be drawn on Valentine’s Day. The winners will be contacted via e-mail about payment.
The card works on food and non-alcoholic beverages and can be redeemed 3/1/24 through 2/28/25. The pass can be redeemed at any Applebee’s restaurant, with the exception of 16 locations. None of those locations are in Tennessee so there’s no need to worry about that.
According to Applebee’s, the cost of going on a date has increased 40% over the last ten years so this pass should help ease the cost the next time you and your partner are looking for a night out or in.
