Survey Says Shoppers Will Spend More This Holiday Season
If this latest survey holds, many of you plan on emptying your bank accounts this holiday season. A survey done by ESW, a direct-to-consumer e-commerce company, has found that 52% of shoppers expect to spend more this holiday season than last year. The survey also found that 42% of shoppers plan to do their holiday shopping online. Another surprising result found that shoppers ages 40-60 will do the bulk of their holiday shopping by ordering gifts on TikTok Shop. On average, according to the study, you’ll spend $827 this year on holiday gifts, with most beginning their holiday shopping on October 22.
