Halloween is an epic holiday with costumes, decorations, and ghost stories. Some parts of the U.S. celebrate better than others. The website mentioned that the town north of Minneapolis had the first Halloween parade in the U.S. in 1920. Anoka now has multiple parades and a huge house decorating contest.
