It’s been six years since Beyonce released a new solo album
“Creating this album allowed me a place to dream and to find escape during a scary time for the world,” she wrote alongside the cover art on Instagram at the end of the month. “It allowed me to feel free and adventurous in a time when little else was moving. My intention was to create a safe place, a place without judgment. A place to be free of perfectionism and overthinking. A place to scream, release, feel freedom. It was a beautiful journey of exploration. I hope you find joy in this music. I hope it inspires you to release the wiggle. Ha! And to feel as unique, strong, and sexy as you are.”

Also Beyoncé is thanking the #BeyHive today for waiting to hear her new album “Renaissance” after it leaked early, thanks to some stores and online websites making the album available before time.
“So, the album leaked, and you all actually waited until the proper release time so you all can enjoy it together. I’ve never seen anything like it. I can’t thank you all enough for your love and protection,” wrote Beyoncé. “I appreciate you for calling out anyone that was trying to sneak into the club early. It means the world to me. Thank you for your unwavering support. Thank you for being patient. We are going to take our time and enjoy the music. I will do continue to give my all and do my best to give you all joy.”
Beyoncé has announced “Renaissance” is Act I of three. There will be two more albums full of music made during the pandemic.
