Last month we shared video of the fight Mike Tyson got into on an airplane, the San Mateo County District Attorney said he will not face criminal charges.
The conduct of the victim leading up to the incident, the interaction between Mr. Tyson and the victim as well as the requests of both the victim and Mr. Tyson are given as the reason why no charges will be filed.
