A few weeks back it was announced that The Ellen Show, would end after the 19th season in 2022. It was rumored that Tiffany Haddish would be the replacement for Ellen, but maybe she’ll be considered as the replacement for Kelly Clarkson, as it was announced that Clarkson’s show would be taking over Ellen’s timeslot when her show ends next year.
NBCUniversal Syndication Studio’s Executive VP, Tracie Wilson had the following to say about the move:

I’ve heard nothing but great things about Kelly Clarkson’s Show and she seems like a genuinely nice person, congrats to her!
