These are the stories I need to hear about during the holiday season! An anonymous donor at a Walmart in Bristol Tennessee donated $64,995.51 to cover every single item that was on hold at the store for the holiday season. The donor who wants to continue to remain anonymous, here is what the store manager had to say:
It’s especially touching when customers pay off others’ layaways during the holiday season and serves as another example of the generosity our customers show year-round. We’re honored to play a small role in these acts of kindness and we love seeing the joy it brings to our customers this time of year.
Walmart added that the anonymous donor wanted to help as many people as possible. More of this please.
