Holyfield spoke with TMZ Sports and when he was asked if his people were in contact with Tyson’s he said the fight looks like it’s going to happen.

It looks like after seeing Mike Tyson and Roy Jones Jr. go 8 rounds over the weekend, Evander Holyfield wants in on the action, the former Heavyweight champion wants in on the action… and the money, as he’s issued a challenge to Tyson, while taking shots at Jones Jr. at the same time. The statement released said that Jones Jr. was a nice “local” opponent for Tyson, but a rematch between Tyson and Holyfield would be a global event, adding that it’s the only fight people want to see.

The two obviously have history as Evander beat Tyson twice back in their prime, and who can forget the ear biting incident… It will be interesting to see if Iron Mike accepts, seeing as everyone believes he looked pretty good this past weekend.
