On Monday, November 13, Krispy Kreme is giving away a dozen free doughnuts to the first 500 customers who visit any of their locations across the U.S.
So what’s the catch? There isn’t one! November 13th is World Kindness Day and the doughnut chain wants to inspire kindness by offering free doughnuts to people — no purchase necessary.
As long as you’re one of the first 500 people to walk into the store you can get your free Original Glazed Doughnuts. However, the point is to spread kindness so you’re encouraged to share your dozen with others. In a press release from the company,
World Kindness Day is an opportunity to make a positive difference by being generous – from paying it forward to meaningfully connecting with each other. Simple gestures of caring and thanks, including sharing a sweet treat, is a great way to do that.
My suggestion is you bring it to work that way you can be everyone’s favorite at the office, and make a Monday morning a little easier to deal with.
