He’s been known as “McDreamy” for over a decade so it’s about time that he finally claims the title as “Sexiest Man Alive.”
Every year, PEOPLE Magazine puts together a group of men whom they think are deserving of the title and the final choice is decided by the fans. And after years of being a finalist, the honor went to Patrick Dempsey. He appeared on the Jimmy Kimmel Show where he admitted his shock when told the news. He said,
I’ve always been the bridesmaid!
I have to admit, although he’s been nominated several times over the years, 2023 was the right year for him to finally win because he looks better in his older age of 57 than when he first stole the hearts of Grey’s Anatomy fans everywhere.
