Tyson Foods is recalling almost 30,000 pounds of dinosaur-shaped chicken nuggets after customers found small pieces of metal inside.
The recall includes 29-ounce bags of ‘Fully Cooked Fun Nuggets Breaded Shaped Chicken Patties’ with a best-by date of Sept. 4, 2024. The affected bags were shipped to and sold in nine states, including Tennessee and Kentucky.
Tyson says several people have complained about finding metal pieces inside the nuggets, with one report of a “minor oral injury.”
If you have these nuggets in your freezer, throw it out or return to the place of purchase for a refund.
The company says no other product of theirs is a part of the recall.
