50 Cent is no stranger to controversy, but he chose an unusual manner to honor the 16th anniversary of his album Curtis.
The G-Unit founder uploaded a slew of suggestive images from a photoshoot with his ex-girlfriend Ciara on Instagram on Monday (September 11), reminiscing on the release of his 2007 album. 50 didn’t mention Ciara in the caption of the post but reflected on the album itself.
Many fans had a lot to say, and not about the album, but instead that 50 was disrespecting Ciara considering she’s married to Russell Wilson. One person commented,
Yo, that’s someone’s wife now Fif. Take these posts down! Lol.
Another commenter suggested that Russell “ain’t going to like this.”
50 Cent and Ciara dated for about three years until 2010. Her and Russell Wilson have been married for 7-years now and recently announced they’re expecting their third child together. Neither have responded to the throwback photos.
