‘Hocus Pocus 3’ Is in Development
Two Hocus Pocus films aren’t enough for Disney, so a third film is in the works. The president of Walt Disney Motion Picture Production, Sean Bailey, revealed news of a third film this weekend during an interview with the New York Times. In the second film, the Sanderson sisters, played by Bette Midler, Kathy Najimy, and Sarah Jessica-Parker, broke streaming record and became the fifth most-streamed film of 2022 with 5.7 million minutes viewed. Bette Midler is willing to do a third film, and one interesting twist is Sarah Jesssica-Parker teased an animated film—no word on how the third film will go yet.
