Eminem Nearly Starred In ‘The Fast And The Furious’
Eminem could have changed ‘The Fast and the Furious’ in a big way. When it comes to action franchises, none have made as much of a mark as an original property as ‘The Fast and the Furious.’ What started as a franchise about car races and the dangers that could come of that quickly grew into a saga of espionage and unbelievable feats. Part of the appeal of the original The Fast and the Furious was the dynamic between Dominic Toretto and Brian O’Connor. Though Paul Walker will forever be synonymous with Brian’s character, he wasn’t the first choice. In fact, it was later revealed that an even bigger name was considered for the role — Eminem. Due to scheduling, Eminem was unable to take the role, and it went to Paul Walker.
