While Drake’s team denied he had been detained in Sweden, now Drake is sharing proof that he indeed had a police run-in, Champagne Papi shared multiple photos on Instagram on Sunday (July 17), including a Swedish National Police Board document. The document’s title suggests Drake was detained but never arrested. It went on to explain Drake’s rights, similar to the Miranda Rights used in the United States.

Drake’s rights included: “know what it is you are suspected of and why you are being denied” and “receive the aid of a defense attorney who under certain conditions can only be paid by the state” as well as “receive food and rest as needed” and “receive the assistance of an interpreter during interrogations as needed.”
