Stormi Webster is being promoted to big sister, Kylie Jenner and her longtime boyfriend Travis Scott confirmed that they’re having their second child. Apparently Caitlyn Jenner talked about becoming a grandchild yesterday, and Page Six has confirmed that Kylie is the one who is expecting. Congrats to Kylie and Travis, hoping they have a happy, healthy baby.
