Sha’Carri Richardson is going to miss the 2021 Olympics in Tokyo, but it looks like she still might be making that money. After being left off the Olympic teams for testing positive for marijuana, Nike is still supporting her and now a vape company wants to offer her a sponsorship. The vape company, Dr. Babber is offering her a $250,000 sponsorship deal to be an ambassador to the company, they added the following;
We were saddened to learn of your recent suspension from the US Track and Field team, due to THC, we believe that THC can actually have many positive effects on an athlete’s recovery and overall mental wellbeing. Considering your talent and grace over these past weeks, we would love to offer you the opportunity to work with our team as a spokesperson for Dr. Dabber. This entails testing our award-winning dab rigs and vape pens as a resident ‘doctor.
No word on whether she’ll accept or how long the endorsement would be, but go get that money!
