Land O’Lakes Butter Removes Indian Maiden From Packaging

I always thought the packaging for Land O’Lakes butter was beautiful and I’m sure other felt the same way. The Native American woman has appeared on the packaging of Land O’Lakes butter since 1928. Now, the company will replace the image with a new designs to reflect their initiative to celebrate farmers.

The new packaging has already started to appear on products and it’s expected to be fully rolled out across LAND O LAKES^® products by the end of 2020.
